Data Deletion

How to delete your files, imported content, and account data from Allybi.
1. How to Delete Files
Users can delete individual files from their workspace at any time. Navigate to your workspace, select the file you wish to remove, and use the delete option. Deleted files are removed from your active workspace immediately.
2. How to Delete Imported Content
Navigate to Integrations settings, select the content you wish to remove, and delete it. This removes the imported content from your Allybi workspace.
3. How to Disconnect Integrations
Go to Settings > Integrations, then click Disconnect next to the integration you wish to remove. This stops new access to that service. Imported content remains in your workspace until you explicitly delete it.
4. Difference Between Disconnect and Delete
Disconnect stops Allybi from accessing new data from a connected service. It does not remove content already imported.
Delete removes content from your Allybi workspace.
They are separate actions. To fully remove integration data, you must disconnect the integration AND delete the imported content.
5. Account Deletion
To request full account deletion, email info@allybi.co with the subject line “Data deletion request” or use the in-app deletion option if available.
Account deletion removes your profile, workspace data, files, and integration connections.
6. What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained as required by law, including:
- Legal and regulatory compliance records
- Security and fraud prevention logs
- Accounting and financial records
Backup copies are retained for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are permanently removed.
